Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Pre-Ordered items will ship based on the guidelines provided in the item's description.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
NJ Toy Junkies LLC is NOT responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged.

All orders ship with $100 insurance coverage. If you wish to add additional coverage or would like a signature required upon delivery, please email NJToyJunkies@gmail.com.

Please be sure to include your order number and we will gladly adjust the delivery preferences.

The updated total cost of the order will be charged to the credit or debit card that is already attached to the existing order.

Please Note: Once your order is marked as shipped, any issues with your package must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

NJ Toy Junkies LLC will not file any claims on your behalf.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer International Shipping on any order.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
