What are Pre-orders?

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new product that is scheduled to be released at a future date.

They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our Website.

Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date, found in the item description. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes, that are out our control.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT TO WAIT FOR THE RELEASE DATE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS. RELEASE DATES ARE SET BY THE MANUFACTURER.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout. 

All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

We will ship orders the moment they are available so you can receive it by release date, if possible.

Please do not order if you are unable to wait until the date in the items description.

If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. If you wish to receive in stock items first, please place a separate order for pre-order purchases.

Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.

NO RETURNS ON TRADING CARD PRODUCTS, INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS.

15% CANCELLATION FEE ON ALL ORDERS. (Orders that have not yet been shipped)
